Cost: $250 per athlete

Sessions & Focus

Morning Session (U14): 11:00 am – 1:00 pm

Evening Session (Ages 15–18): 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Camp Highlights:

• 2-hour focused technical sessions each day
• Glide & rotational shot put fundamentals
• Footwork, power position, and release mechanics
• Camp competition during final session
• Each camper receives a Roos Camp shirt
