21 Jan Milgie Strikes Again

James broke the 1500m national record at the AAU Northern Indoor Nationals on January 20th. He better the previous record by 7 seconds running a time of 4:06min. He also ran a personal best in the 800m and the 400m earlier in the day leaving the meet with two golds and a silver medal.
