Frequently Asked Questions
Question: When is practice?
Answer: Practice times vary. We practice on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. at St. Louis Priory. On Wednesdays and Fridays, we practice at 6:30 p.m. at the Principia College Indoor Track.
Question: Do you practice indoors?
Answer: Yes, we practice both indoors and outdoors throughout the season. If the weather is bad, we sometimes practice indoors at the Principia College Indoor Track.
Question: Where do you practice?
Answer: We start conditioning at Queeny Park and then move to the track at Priory High School. We also practice twice a week at Principia College.
Question: Are the meets mandatory?
Answer: Meets are not required, but we encourage athletes to participate in them to help prepare for the spring track season.
Question: Is there a team bus?
Answer: No, parents are responsible for transporting athletes to all meets during the season.
