The Season begins September 7th and runs to late November . 

•  Meets are on Sundays & Saturday
•  Practice held Monday ,Wednesday & Friday
• Practice Location: St.Louis Priory
•  Practice Surface: Grass and Track 
•  Practice time: 5:30pm – 6:45pm

Events offered for this Cross Country Season are:

• 4-6 year old – 1k (0.62 Miles)
• 7 – 8 years old -2K (1.24 Miles)
•  9 – 12years old- 3K (1.86 Miles)
•  13 to 14 years old – 4K (2.49 Mile)

Season Cost: $$$ athlete

• $100 registration Fee (non-refundable)
• AAU | USATF membership Fee
• Uniforms and Gear Fee
• Meet Entry Fees
• Facility Rental Fees
